Return Policy
Cup of Arms does not accept returns on personalized products that are printed correctly and shipped from our production plant on time according to the original order. We request that you open and check your order for accuracy IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
If we have made an error in the printing of your order, or your order has been damaged in transit by the shipper, please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE RECEIPT of your order. . Please include the following in your email>
- Your order number (found on your email order confirmation) or the order date.
- The name under which the order was placed.
- A description of the error or damage.
- A photograph is most helpful.
- The EXACT DATE the replacement is needed, or the exact date of the event the replacement is needed for.
- An alternate shipping address if necessary if not the same as the original shipping address
If the error is ours, we will replace the order at our cost free of charge and ship the order back to you as quickly as possible. If is most important that you let us know if the order is needed for a specific event, and if so, please inform us of the EXACT DATE of the event. If the order is damaged in shipping, we will send a replacement order and file a claim with the shipper for the damaged items.
If necessary, we will send a call tag for the incorrect or damaged order. If a call tag is issued, we ask that you keep the order in its original box and place a very visible note on the box stating /CALL TAG/. Please leave the box in the location that the shipper (UPS or FED EX) would normally leave a package. The shipper will will pick up the incorrect order and return it to us.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER or we will not replace the order free of charge. Cup of Arms considers all orders complete within an accidental 5% shortage, so please order appropriately.
